6. Collection Points

Customers must collect orders during agreed collection times
Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed
Customers are responsible for ensuring collection details are correct

If an order is not collected, we will contact you to arrange next steps.

Perishable or time-sensitive items may not be eligible for extended holding.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Couriers
Weather
Events outside our control

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

8. Returns and Refunds

You receive the wrong item
Goods are faulty

Because of hygiene and refill product safety, we may not accept returns on certain opened or used products unless faulty.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered depending on circumstances.
