FAQ for the Change over in September

1. 🌿 Is All Things Natural closing?

No.

Our shop premises will close on 29th August, but All Things Natural is continuing online with convenient collection points, our collection unit, and Sligo Indoor Market.

2. 🛒 How do I place an order?

You can order in whichever way suits you best:

  • Through our website
  • By WhatsApp or text on 087 634 3924

3. ♻️ Can I still refill my bottles?

Absolutely!

Bring your containers to one of our collection points, clearly labelled or a note with the product you'd like and (if applicable) the quantity.

We'll refill them ready for collection.

💳 Do I have to pay online?

No.

You can:

  • Pay securely online when ordering
  • Choose Pay on Collection and pay in cash or revolut when collecting your order.

📅 What if I can't make one of the collection times?

Just get in touch.

We'll always do our best to arrange another collection that works for you.

📍 Where can I collect my order?

Each month we'll publish a collection calendar showing:

  • Collection locations
  • Dates
  • Times
  • Market days
  • Collection unit opening times

Simply choose the collection point that suits you.

📦 When do I need to place my order?

Please place your order by the night before your chosen collection day so we have time to prepare everything for you..

🏠 Can I visit the collection unit?

Yes—but by pre-booked appointment only.

This helps us prepare your order and ensures we're available when you arrive.
