Welcome to All Things Natural. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of many of our products, we may only accept returns under specific circumstances.
You may request a refund or exchange if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- Your item is faulty or defective
- An item is missing from your order
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Food, supplements, or consumable items once opened
- Personal care items once seal is broken
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Collection Point Orders
Please inspect your order when collecting it from a designated collection point.
Once goods have been collected and accepted, responsibility for safe storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem (if applicable)
This helps us resolve your issue quickly.
Refund Process
Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for faulty or damaged goods.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before collection preparation begins.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
