Description: This plant grows widely on the southern Mediterranean region. It has a calming, grounding, and warming quality. It is particularly useful in massage blends to aid recovery after exercise. To help relieve discomfort it blends very well with lavender, rosemary and spice oils such as ginger or black pepper.
Directions: For use in a diffuser, as a bath or massage oil. To create a massage or bath oil dilute up to 10 drops essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil.
